Waiver Authorization code for Refunds under U.S. DOT Regulations
Please refer to the Waiver Authorization Code for Refunds if the ticketed flight was canceled or significantly impacted by a delay or schedule change(*), in accordance with the U.S. DOT laws and regulations. Conditions
a) Applicable Refund Date: on/after 01NOV2024
b) Applicable Ticket: ANA (NH-205) tickets issued by a travel agency
c) Point of Sale: All
d) Applicable Flight: Itineraries including travel to/from the U.S.

Please refer to the list below to check for any affected NH operated flight(s). If the ticket includes OAL flight(s) that was affected under the U.S. DOT regulations, please contact ANA Sales Support (salessupport@fly-ana.com) for assistance.

Refund
Tickets that qualify under U.S. DOT regulations may be refunded at no charge for any unused segment(s) to the original form of payment. The refund should be processed by the agency that originally issued the ticket, using the appropriate Waiver Code in the Waiver Code or Refund Application box on the ARC/BSP report. U.S. DOT requires a “Prompt” Refund, meaning the ticket must be processed for a Refund within 7 business days after becoming due for Credit Card purchases and within 20 calendar days for other payment methods.
