Refund Eligibility Under U.S. DOT Regulations

Under the regulations, passengers are entitled for a refund with the following conditions:

1) Flight Cancellation

2) A departure or arrival time that is more than 3 hours from the original time for U.S. Domestic flights

3) A departure or arrival time that is more than 6 hours from the original time for International flights

4) Changes to the departure or arrival airport

5) An increase in the number of connections

6) A downgrade to a lower class of service

7) A connection at a different airport or flights on different planes that are less accessible or accommodating to a customer with a disability
