• Change in Dynamic Discount Program Bulk Fares

Change to the first sector (wholly unused ticket)

• For changeable tickets, the original ticket can be fully refunded with the waiver code only when changing to a published fare.

  • Contact ANA Sales Support (salessupport@fly-ana.com) to obtain a waiver code. Waiver code must be added in Waiver Code Box, Reason Code, or Refund Application in GDS & ARC/BSP reporting. Entering the Waiver Code in the OSI field will NOT be recognized during the auditing process and is subject to ADM. 

  • New ticket must be issued on or before the day of refund with the applicable published fare.

  • The original ticket number must be added in the Endorsement Box on the new ticket. Entering the original ticket number in the OSI field will NOT be recognized during the auditing process and is subject to ADM. 

Change after commencement of travel (Partially used tickets) or Change to sectors other than the First Sector

• Ticket must be reissued per fare rule on the original ticket.

• Any fare difference and change fee must be collected and tickets must be reissued when the itinerary is rebooked.

• GDS will price historical fare for partially used tickets, so the Dynamic Discount/Bulk Ticket program can be used for the changes. 

For Involuntary Changes

• This special ticket handling does not apply for Involuntary change related to airline planned schedule change and flight irregularity. In case involuntary change is required, please follow Rebooking and Exchange Waiver for Planned Schedule Change.
