Tickets that meet the Travel Waiver requirements can be refunded to the original form of payment by the agency that originally issued the ticket by entering the
corresponding Waiver Code in the Waiver Code box or Refund Application Box on ARC/BSP Reports
- ANA flight is canceled or original flight is delayed and is estimated to arrive at the final destination more than 2 hours after the original arrival time
- Commission, if applicable, must be returned
