Duplicate Ticket Waiver

For Travel Agency in the US, CA, MX, BR, and PE

In the event that there is accidental ticketing of duplicate tickets, travel agencies may apply for a waiver (subject to review).

Ticket Conditions: 

  • Both tickets need to be validated on NH (205) ticket stock
  • Both tickets are issued by the same ARC
  • Both tickets are issued for the same passenger (name must match)
  • Both tickets have identical routes, class of service, dates, tour code, and/or ticket designator.

Requesting a Waiver:

  • Email ANA Sales Support (salessupport@fly-ana.com) detailing how the duplicate tickets occurred.
    - Include ticket numbers, the name on the ticket, and a description of how/why duplicate tickets were issued.

ANA Sales Support will get back to you on the status of your request and if eligible, will provide you with the waiver code and instructions.
