Following the announcement by engine manufacturer Pratt & Whitney (P&W), ANA will begin to perform inspections of the PW1100G-JM engines installed on our A320neo and A321neo in January 2024, resulting in reduced services on International and Japan domestic flights.
If your customer receives an Email from ANA or a UN/TK message is notified via GDS, please exchange the ticket if an alternate flight is acceptable.
The reduced flight schedules will mainly be prioritized on routes with alternate flights (TK) available on the same day. However, if a customer is unable to travel with alternate flights or alternate flight is not available, ANA will offer the following options.
ANA will accept a One Time Change or Refund without any fees provided the following conditions are met.

・Ticketing Carrier: Tickets Issued on NH/205
・Point of Sale: USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Peru
・Applicable Fare: All Fare types
・Travel date: January 12, 2024 - March 31, 2024

Involuntary Refund is permitted using the waiver code in the Waiver Code box or Refund Application Box of the ARC/BSP Reports.
Tickets other than stated above shall be handled in accordance with involuntary handling by ANA. Please contact ANA Sales Support for further assistance.
